01 · The leak
Problem.
A new streetwear label with a strong product instinct and no commercial machine. They needed a brand, a storefront, lookbooks, ad creative, and an SEO plan, and they needed it to feel coherent, not stitched-together from five freelancers.
02 · The build
Build.
We ran the whole stack: identity system, Shopify build, AI-generated photoshoots (real garment, virtual model, any location, no studio days), copy, and a rolling content engine for paid social. Brand-trained prompts so every image looks like the same world.
03 · The shift
Result.
A storefront and brand world running as one system. Photoshoots that used to cost a week now ship in an afternoon. Ad creative refreshes weekly without the founder ever booking a studio.
