01 · The leak
Problem.
Booking a dentist in Cairo means calling six clinics, leaving voicemails, and hoping someone calls back. The founders wanted to compress that to a tap. Arabic-first, mobile-first, with real availability, not the "fill this form and we will call you" pattern that defeats the point.
02 · The build
Build.
A Next.js marketplace wired into each clinic's Google Calendar via OAuth. Patients search by neighbourhood and service, see real open slots, and book without a phone call. Clinic side: a dashboard that confirms, reschedules, and pushes reminders over WhatsApp.
03 · The shift
Result.
MVP live in 21 days. Now running across Greater Cairo with a growing roster of clinics. Bookings happen end-to-end without a human in the loop on the patient side.
