Problem.
Kamelizer Spaces runs four premium coworking branches. Its numbers live in Microsoft Dynamics 365, which is built for accountants. The people running the business wanted to know, before nine in the morning, where cash stands, how revenue tracks against budget, which branch needs attention, and who owes money.
02 · The build
Build.
We designed Kamelizer Pulse: a morning brief on WhatsApp with the four numbers that matter, and one tap away, a dashboard with a today view, budget against actual for each branch, an overdue invoices queue with drafted reminders, a finance desk, cash scenarios and alerts. Phone first, and designed to read Dynamics 365 every hour once connected.
03 · The shift
Result.
A working demo the Kamelizer team can click through end to end before we connect it to their ERP. Every figure in it is sample data, not a Kamelizer result.
