Growth · Skincare E-commerce
An Egyptian skincare store, rebuilt to sell: a new theme, offers and bundles, imported reviews, and conversion fixes. Orders per day up 37% in the first 11 days.

01 · The leak
African Greens sells natural skincare across Egypt. The store was not turning the visitors it already had into orders: offers were hard to find, there were no bundles, and the social proof customers had already given the brand was missing from the product pages.
02 · The build
We rebuilt the store theme, launched offers and bundles, imported the brand's customer reviews onto the product pages, and fixed the conversion leaks between the product page and checkout, built for phones and cash on delivery first.
03 · The shift
In the first 11 days after the new store and offers went live in September 2026: orders per day rose 37%, conversion rate went from 2.8% to 3.4%, and units per order rose 21%, from 1.85 to 2.23. Early numbers, and we keep measuring.
