Stores that turn paid traffic into orders.
Most Shopify stores in Egypt lose the sale after the click: slow pages, unclear offers, a checkout that makes cash-on-delivery buyers hesitate. We build and fix Shopify stores for conversion, then keep testing the offers and pages that decide whether a visitor orders.
01 · What you actually get
No vague capabilities. The things that show up in your repo, your inbox, and your team’s day-to-day.
A conversion audit of your store on a real phone: speed, product pages, cart, checkout, and the questions buyers ask before they order.
Store builds and rebuilds on Shopify, in Arabic and English, designed for how people in Egypt actually buy, cash on delivery included.
Offer design: bundles, quantity breaks and free-shipping thresholds set up in Shopify, built to lift units per order without cutting margin blindly.
Product page work: clearer photos, sizing, delivery and return answers placed right where the buyer hesitates.
Speed fixes: heavy apps, oversized video and third-party scripts trimmed so pages load on mobile data.
Tracking and reporting: orders per day, conversion rate and units per order, watched before and after every change.
02 · How it goes
01
Audit
Week 1
We go through the store on a phone and in your Shopify data, and rank every leak by what it costs.
02
Fix
Weeks 2 to 4
Biggest leaks first, built in a draft theme you preview on your own phone.
03
Launch
Go-live
Changes ship together, so the before and after reads cleanly.
04
Iterate
Monthly
New offers and page tests, each judged on orders, not opinions.
03 · Who it's for
Shopify brands in Egypt that already get traffic, from ads, Instagram or search, and feel the store converts less than it should. Also brands moving to Shopify from Instagram DMs or another platform that want it done right the first time.
04 · Proof
African Greens is an Egyptian skincare brand. In September 2026 the store and offers we built went live. In the first 11 days, orders per day rose 37%, conversion rate went from 2.8% to 3.4%, and units per order rose 21%. Eleven days is an early read, not a final verdict, and we treat it that way.

Both. Most of the time we start from your current store and fix what costs you orders. If the theme is beyond saving, we rebuild it, and you keep your products, customers and order history.
No live edits. We work in a separate draft theme that you preview on your own phone, and it only goes live when you approve it.
Yes. Most Egyptian stores run on cash on delivery, so we design the checkout, order confirmations and offers around it.
Store fixes usually go live within two to four weeks of the audit. We then compare orders, conversion rate and units per order with the weeks before, and tell you plainly if a change did nothing.
We can. Pairing the store with our Meta ads service means one team owns both the click and the checkout.
