Growth · B2B Retail Activation
Branded vending machines in premium Cairo malls, sold to brands. We reframed VEND as a brand-presence platform and run its B2B pipeline: the right decision makers, researched one by one, with outreach written in its own voice.

01 · The leak
VEND places fully branded smart vending machines in premium malls and rents them to brands. The product was strong, but the pitch sold it as vending, a commodity, and almost all of its presence lived on one Instagram account. There was no defined buyer and no steady way to reach the people who sign activation budgets.
02 · The build
We audited the brand and reframed it: not a vending vendor, but a fully managed physical presence for brands, with transaction data behind it. Then we built VEND a B2B pipeline on our in-house lead engine. Each run researches activation agencies and brand managers, names the decision maker, scores the fit, and drafts outreach for LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp in English and Egyptian Arabic, signed as the VEND team.
03 · The shift
Early days, and we say so. The engagement started in September 2026 and the first lead runs are in VEND's review sheet. Nothing is sent without VEND's review, and every claim in a message comes from a list VEND approved. Booked meetings are the number we are working toward, and it goes here once it is real.

A skincare brand that needed a creative engine, not a campaign. We built the system that ships fifty on-brand ads a week, end-to-end from prompts.
